Put up speakers down by the corner fence by electric pole
Monday –
· Begin setting up the many, many sign posts
· Blow leaves out from under bleachers
· Dassel – two (2) Bobcat model 2100 scooters and one (1) Tool Cat.
· Pick-up the Culligan water bubbler and at least five (5) gallons of water
Fix any broken signs
Make signs as required
Lunch menu - 12 noon, report to house garage

Tuesday
- Get oddball work done and anything that comes to mind – This allows dedicated time later, in the week , when time is essential and schedules need to be kept.
- Block off drive to the North from pond with three rolls of plastic snow fence at edge of corn on the North driveway.- Allow room for horse trailers
- Place cones straight from Gail’s camper to show road through equipment area and into campground to show where exit road is for campground. at least ten (10) feet wide is needed
- Lay out and sign trailer parking and semi-parking lot.
- Layout general parking lot.with stakes at the center where the cars meet. Then set out cones, to show the driver how far to pull up. Jim say’s the stakes to show where the center of the parking stalls needs to be 65, 65, 65. That is 65’ feet north of handicapped sign post. Another 65 feet to the next center parking stalls.

Wednesday
- Set-up the four (4) 3” steel posts for four (4) large directional show signs along Hwy 7. DO NOT install signs until LATE p.m. Friday
- Tractor pull area - get 4 rolls of fence for pull area.
- Set posts for highway signs – 4 - Decide where signs will be placed.
- At night – water driveway, show roads and grassy way where the Karg family tractor line-up is displayed
- Toilets come in

· Sort toy tractors – Need to have a pile made for pre-paid and a pile for tractors that will be for sale to show attendees only if tractor has not sold out
· Just set out dyno fence with 4 fence posts. Set barrier up Friday afternoon after dyno is set in place
· Tents go up
· Karg’s collection tractors get lined up
· Touched up lawn, north of Quonset
· Refill refrigerator with bottled water
· At night – water driveway, show roads and grassy way where the Karg family tractor line-up is displayed
· fill Larry’s water falls with more water
· Wash Larry’s tractors – 3 guys are needed
· place tables in registration tent for registration, club memorabilia, silent auction and Mike Ricter’s toy display. Mike uses the large tables out of the toy barn…use the large orange ones. Use the club’s white plastic tables for registration, club memorabilia and silent auction
· Place a 6’ table in Ed’s shop for show toy tractor distribution

· Post “No rock throwing” signs at pond and water fountain under AC sign.
· Sand box – get sand at gravel plant south of house – take backhoe
· Set-up water barrel in yard/eating area
get paper towels in paper towel holders
· Set barrier up Friday afternoon after dyno is set in place
· Put up announcement and sale board at clubhouse. At registration tent have chalk board and announcement board with chalk and recipe cards made availible

Set and fill six (6) orange newspaper boxes with showgrounds map
· Set-up the four (4) large directional show signs along Hwy. 7. install signs late Friday (4 p.m. or later)
· Make Gatorade for workers
